We now offer free 30-day returns for all UK orders. All returns need to be sent back unused in their original condition complete with tags within 30 days of dispatch. Please use the return label included in your parcel and make sure to include your name, order number, a list of the items returned and reason for return with your parcel. The simplest way to do this is return the delivery note with the additional details. PLEASE NOTE: RESPECTFULLY WE OFFER FREE RETURN SHIPPING SO WE DO NOT REFUND YOUR INITIAL SHIPPING CHARGE WHEN YOU RETURN GOODS.
Once you've dropped off your item you should receive a return receipt. Please keep hold of this as it's your proof of return. It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed so please remember to retain your proof of return until you receive your refund. You will receive an email confirming your return as soon as it has been processed. Please wait the full 14 days even if the return tracking link shows the return parcel as delivered.

You are responsible for all return shipping, tax and import duty for returning international orders. We strongly recommend you fill out the commercial invoice stating the parcel contains returned goods with no commericial value or you may be liable for significant charges. If any parcels are returned to us and fees are payable before receipt we will contact you to confirm these will be deducted from your refund. MALFORD is not liable for any costs attributed to returning international orders or the taxes and / or duties which may be payable.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
Within the UK if you would like to exchange your goods for something of equal value or a different size then please include this information with your return note. If your exchange is not available we will automatically refund your purchase. We cannot exchange international orders due to the costs involved. We can only process a refund.
As outlined by the Consumer Contract Regulations, you have a statutory 'cooling off' period of 14 calendar days from the day that you receive your goods, in which time, if you require a refund of goods, you should notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us and a full refund will be given on receipt of goods by us. Any domestic shipping charges on the original order will also be refunded.
Goods sold outside of the EU are not covered by the Consumer Contract Regulations and will be subject to the consumer rights applicable in your country.
If you should choose to return a product to us by providing notification within the cooling off period, then the return delivery costs will be borne by the you (the customer).
All refunds are made at the sole discretion of management.
